A Message From Our President

Welcome to 2010, a new decade and I am honored to be the Chamber President this year. Last year was a trying for so many companies and sacrifices were made to continue operations for many businesses no matter their size.

Those of you that are active in Chamber events have witnessed the beginning of a new period of camaraderie and growth. Last year we saw much renewed interest in the business after hours and even with a soft economy our members came through with support of our events. Many friendships were made through member to member connections.

The Chamber is always looking to improve relationships and social networking websites are another way to connect with us here in 2010. Friend us on Facebook® sign up for our “tweets” on twitter® and add us as a contact on Linked in®.

Looking to the next year and beyond I have a very positive outlook for Derry and Londonderry . There is so much happening that can greatly improve the infrastructure of this area and as a Chamber we will be bringing you the updates and people that are working toward goals that will help the businesses and people of the area for years to come.

We are moving forward to bring more added value to members so stay with us and see what happens.
